Our partnership began in 1976, when Kevin Loughlin founded KBL Construction. During its first 15 years, KBL completed more than one million square feet of luxury Condominium and loft conversions. When the company passed from father to son, the focus shifted to more intimately scaled residential properties, but with the same emphasis on design and quality. To ensure that standard continued, Jamie Loughlin established Affinity Development in 2001. Today, Affinity Development sets the tone for each property, while KBL focuses on the details that set us apart from others.
